Morning View

A quick test of the IOS WordPress app.

This is my view as I sup my much needed morning coffee.

I don’t think that the view up the library atrium will ever lose its magic for me.

Fair Game

 

If you are a photographer lining up a bunch a students for a group photograph, and if you are doing so right outside my office window, you are fair game to have the back of your head captured for posterity.

Birmingham Architecture

I was on a rare trip away this week and found myself in Birmingham, a place I have only briefly passed through or bypassed previously.

I was impressed by some of the architecture in the city centre and managed to grab a few shots during a break in the rain that fell for the duration of my stay.

For All You Kids Out There

A bit of advice I overheard this morning.

Two gents working on the new benches being installed on the academic plaza in front of the magnificent new University of Aberdeen library.

One turns to the other and issues some wonderful words of wisdom:

“I f***ing wish I had f***ing stuck in at f***ing school”

Couldn’t have put it better myself…
